Why carry out a study before installing?
Equipping ten, twenty or fifty parking spaces is not the same as installing a home charger ten times over. The building's available power is limited, cable runs are long and not every vehicle needs to charge at full power at the same time.
The study lets us size the installation precisely: the right number of charging points, the right power per charger and dynamic load balancing that shares the available energy between vehicles. This is often what avoids a costly upgrade of the grid connection.

Apartment buildings: a clear file for the syndic
In an apartment building, running cables through the common areas means informing the property manager (syndic) and, depending on the co-ownership rules, obtaining the approval of the general meeting. We prepare a technical file that is easy to understand: description of the work, outline diagram, responsibilities and cost allocation.
