Charging in Brussels: what makes it different
The Brussels-Capital Region has situations you come across less often elsewhere in Belgium:
- Lots of flats and apartment buildings: home charging often means a building car park and the agreement of the property manager (syndic).
- Terraced houses with the fuse box in the cellar and the garage at the front: the cable route needs to be planned.
- A common 3 × 230 V grid: charging is then usually single-phase, up to 7.4 kW, and not every charger is compatible.
- Sibelga, the distribution system operator, is the contact for any change to your grid connection.
Our approach, in every municipality
- You describe your situation in the configurator: it prepares your tailored quote.
- An expert recommends the right charger for your car and your grid connection.
- We install the charger, have the circuit inspected (RGIE) and commission it.
